The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building
1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the erection of single storey link extension and alterations to garage to extend living accommodation at 1130, New Hey Road, Scammonden, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/92673 & 2025/92735.
2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the formation of padel court at Moorgate Farm, Moor Lane, Netherthong, Holmfirth. Application Nos. 2025/92876 & 2025/92877.
The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
3. Outline application, with all matters reserved, for residential development with associated open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, acoustic mitigation and associated works at land at, Eastfield, Shepley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92776.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
4. Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of existing roof and associated alterations at 16, Town End, Golcar, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92900.

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way
5. Change of use and alterations to barn to form boarding kennels/dog grooming/pet food shop at Moor Ford Barn, 146, Red Lane, Meltham, Holmfirth (Footpath No. MEL/69/20). Application No. 2025/92721.
The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development and affect a public right of way 6. Variation of conditions 2 (plans) and 13 (replacement wind turbine) on previous permission 2023/90668 for demolition of existing buildings. Erection and operation of a single building comprising a Sui Generis land use limited to the purpose of storage, assembly, sale and distribution of custom-built computers, laptops and their components as well as any associated development (those being a replacement wind turbine, utility provision, drainage, access, hard and soft landscaping) within the red-line boundary alongside business operations pursuant to the effective administration of the Sui Generis use at Grange Moor Coachworks, Barnsley Road, Grange Moor, Huddersfield. (Footpath No. KIR/198/20). Application No. 2025/92971.
7. Operational development to create development plateau comprising land level changes, highways construction, utilities diversions and drainage construction at Land off, Roslyn Avenue, Netherton, Huddersfield. (Footpath Nos. HUD/228/10 & HUD/223/40) Application No. 2025/92541.
The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development, is a departure from the Development Plan and affects a public right of way
8. Outline application, with all matters reserved, for residential development with associated open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, acoustic mitigation and associated works at land at, Eastfield, Shepley, Huddersfield. (Footpath No. KIR/143/20). Application No. 2025/92776.
