What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2025/0739/CA: Rebuilding of damaged bay window to front at 2 Warrior Terrace, Windsor Road, Saltburn

*R/2025/0754/CA: Demolition of existing garage; rebuild boundary wall to rear; replacement boundary wall and fence with access gates at 8 Windsor Road, Saltburn

*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2025/0311/CA: Change of use of part of agricultural land to residential garden to allow for staircase at Former Moorsholm Methodist Church, Guisborough Road, Moorsholm

R/2025/0677/CA: Change of use of first floor to residential (Use Class C3) including first floor extension to create selfcontained flat with external stair access at 2-4 Northgate, Guisborough

R/2025/0703/LB & R/2025/0704/CA: Planning and LB Consent for internal and external works to include removal of existing pergola attached to outbuilding and new bin store at The Ship Inn, High Street, Marske

R/2025/0716/CA: Change of use from office (Class E) to mixed use restaurant (Class E) and bar (Sui Generis); replacement windows to first floor front and external flue to rear at 14-16 Station Street Saltburn by the Sea

R/2025/0735/LB: LBC for internal alterations to signal box to facilitate signalling and level crossing upgrade (like for like basis) at Signal Box, Level Crossing, Guisborough Road, Nunthorpe

R/2025/0738/LB: LBC for rebuilding of damaged bay window to front at 2 Warrior Terrace, Windsor Road, Saltburn by the Sea

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0677/CA: Change of use of first floor to residential (Use Class C3) including first floor extension to create self-contained flat with external stair access at 2-4 Northgate, Guisborough

Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site: www. redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
