Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning
applications which require publication.
TWC/2025/0772 – Land south of, The Dale/The Crescent,
Church Aston – Erection of 166no. dwellings (Class C3),
means of vehicular access off the A518, open space,
landscaping, play area, footpaths, drainage and all other
ancillary and enabling works
TWC/2025/0776 – Cwmbryan, Kynnersley Drive, Lilleshall –
Prior approval application for the erection of a single storey
rear extension measuring 4.3m in length, 2.95m in height and
2.7m to eaves
TWC/2025/0778 – 38 St Marys Street, Newport – Conversion
of commercial building into dental surgery and 2no. flats
following part demolition to the side/rear of existing building,
installation of an external staircase, installation of 4no.
windows and 3no. doors and replacement of 4no. windows
and 2no. doors (Full Planning Application)
TWC/2025/0781 – 38 St Marys Street, Newport, – Partial
demolition to the side/rear of existing building, internal
alterations to facilitate the creation of a dental surgery and
2no. residential flats, installation of an external staircase,
installation of 4no. windows and 3no. doors and replacement
of 4no. windows and 2no. doors (Listed Building Application)
TWC/2025/0784 – The Coppins, Wrockwardine –
Replacement of roof tiles, cladding on side elevation and
garage roof
TWC/2025/0790 – Warehouse (Water Lane Car Park), Water
Lane, Newport – Repairs to the existing fascia boards and
barges, replacement of all existing guttering with cast iron
effect UPVC, repairs to any broken roof slates, rebedding of
ridge tiles and gable verges and repointing of existing
chimney stack with lime mortar
TWC/2025/0793 – Wrekin Buildings, Tan Bank & 1 Walker
Street, Wellington – Installation of 2no. sets of black 2m high
metal double gates to the ground floor external recessed
doorways

representations can be made on planning online or by email
at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by
11th December 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure
development or permission in principle applications),
excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications
accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of
this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of
State for a householder or minor commercial application no
further representations can be made and existing
representations will be forwarded to them
