Take notice that application is being made by: Esquire Developments Ltd Miss Amy Woodward

For planning permission to: Outline planning application for up to 154 No. residential dwellings (including affordable housing), with all matters reserved except for access. Creation of a new access from Downs Road.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Gravesham Borough Council Local Planning Authority address: Gravesham Borough Council Offices, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, DA12 1AU.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
