a) Variation of condition 4 (approved plans) of permission 24/00920/PLF (Erection of a two storey extension to rear and detached garage following demolition of existing rear extension) to amend the position of the garage at 1 Post Office Row Main Street Brantingham HU15 1QQ (Ref: 25/03200/VAR)
b) Erection of a single storey and two storey extensions to rear following demolition of existing conservatory, alterations to ground floor windows to both sides and installation of two additional first floor windows to side at Rectory Farm Beverley Road Leven HU17 5PA (Ref: 25/03139/PLF)
c) Proposed NTQ telecommunications installation including EE/H3G VALMONT 20m high Phase 7 MK2 streetworks pole on root foundation, cabinets and associated ancillary works at Castle Green Amenity Land Castle Green Cottingham HU16 5JU (Ref: 25/03151/TELCOM)
d) Listed building consent for the installation of solar PV panels to roof of detached garage to rear, structural beams faced with brickwork to form flat archway to rear of undercroft entrance, reinforcement bars to western brickwork wall of undercroft to be locally repointed with lime mortar, removal of plaster to underside of undercroft, to then be underdrawn with insulation and fireboard faced with lime render, cracked and failing mortar joints to rear to be repointed with lime mortar at 49 Keldgate Beverley HU17 8HU (Ref: 25/03093/PLB)
e) Erection of a dwelling at Land East of The Light Dragoon 34 Main Street Etton HU17 7PQ (Ref: 25/03186/PLF)
f) Erection of a dwelling with associated access, landscaping and parking at Land West of The Light Dragoon 34 Main Street Etton HU17 7PQ (Ref: 25/03193/PLF)
g) Change of use of building to 2no. dwellings and erection of 2no. dwellings with associated access, car parking and landscaping at site of Travellers Rest Main Street Long Riston HU11 5JF (Ref: 25/02701/PLF)
h) Installation of solar PV panels to roof of detached garage to rear and structural beams faced with brickwork to form flat archway to rear of undercroft entrance at 49 Keldgate Beverley HU17 8HU (Ref: 25/03092/PLF)

Proposals (a,d,e,f,g,h) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (d,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,d,e,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (c) is for a telecommunication development.
