Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/01396 Nutberry Fruit Farm, Portsmouth Road, Ripley - Permanent retention of part of existing temporary car park at land at Nutberry Farm, including retention of the existing security booth, for use by persons attending RHS Garden Wisley (day-long, long stay users), including proposed landscaping enhancements.
25/P/01497 Brae Lea, 3 Austen Road, Guildford - Erection of a two-storey dwelling and outbuilding together with new boundary treatment and vehicular access following the demolition of existing garage and boundary wall. 
25/P/01501 Hill Place Farm, 132 Oak Hill, Wood Street Village, Guildford - Listed building consent for the erection of a rear two storey extension. Remedial works to the listed dwelling.
Demolition of several existing outbuildings and replacement with an ancillary residential barn and garage. 
25/P/01506 and 25/P/01507 1 Vine Cottage, Gomshall Lane, Shere - Full planning application and Listed Building Consent for proposed single-storey rear extension following demolition of existing 19th century lean-to structure. Existing porch canopy to be enclosed to create a boot/cloak room. Installation of new first-floor rear window and conservation roof light to family bathroom.
25/P/01513 Crown Cottage, Perry Hill, Worplesdon - Application Under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of Listed Building Consent 25/P/00600 approved 03/07/2025 to make changes to the approved plans to allow for an increase in the depth of the approved rear extension and the installation of an additional Velux window. 
25/P/01517 St Johns The Evangelist Church, Stoke Road, Guildford - Listed building consent for the proposed the erection of a single-storey side extension designed to enhance office, meeting, storage, and community facilities. Associated works include the installation of a 9-space cycle shelter, two new gates at the western entry points, and six new bollard lights along existing pathways. The extension will require the partial demolition of two internal walls and will feature a flat roof with a ceiling height of 2,685mm, which is approximately 1 metre lower than the existing ceiling height. 
25/P/01520 25 Bannisters Road, Guildford - Erection of a part single/two storey side and rear extension. 
25/P/01522 Land at Guildford Park Road Car Park, Guildford Park Road, Guildford - Full planning application for the erection of residential apartment blocks and townhouses (248 Use Class C3 units), with associated site preparation works, cycle and vehicle parking, highway and access improvements, children’s play space, public realm enhancements, tree works and landscaping.
