LAND AT THE LINKLATER PAVILION, THE RAILWAY LAND LOCAL NATURE RESERVE, LEWES, EAST SUSSEX
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) Lewes District Council intend to dispose of land (by the grant of a lease) forming part of THE RAILWAY LAND LOCAL NATURE RESERVE, LEWES, EAST SUSSEX. The land edged red on the plan, measuring approximately 0.17 Acres, will be used by the Railway Land & Wildlife Trust (RLWT) as a community facility for the study of the education of members of the public in environmental change, conservation, improvement and creation of plans of natural
scientific interest and associated matters. The principal use includes as an ancillary use to the Tenant’s activities, the hire of the Premises and also use the space in its buildings for offices to provide income in the support of the charitable business plan of the Tenant
