4. Northiam Conservation Area. Proposed single storey extension to the west aspect of the existing structure with an element extending towards the south side of the existing building. Lantern Cottage, Millfield, Dixter Lane, Northiam. RR/2025/1249/P.
5. Proposed replacement of existing uPVC windows with timber windows and replacement of felt flat roofs with lead sheet on the dormer windows. Little Acre, Brays Hill, Ashburnham. RR/2025/1796/LBC
6. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Removal of several outbuildings (some
dangerous structures); Extension and relaying of rear existing terrace; Provision of some new boundary fencing; Minor alterations to retained outbuilding. Mill Farm House, Mill Road, Winchelsea, Icklesham. RR/2025/1824/HOU and RR/2025/1825/LBC
7. Affects a Public Right of Way. Erection of a 99.9MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) comprising primary substation, BESS units, power conversion system units, telecommunications tower, storage containers, security fencing and CCTV, access, internal tracks, and associated infrastructure, together with landscape and biodiversity enhancement. Construction of a temporary construction compound. Catsfield Christmas Tree Farm, The Stream, Catsfield TN33 9BB
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 3, 4, 6 and 7 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 2, 5, and 6 above.
