The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1804/FH - STOWTING HILL HOUSE, STOWTING HILL, STOWTING, ASHFORD, TN25 6BE - Installation of 10 solar panels on garage roof.
25/1811/FH - STOWTING HILL HOUSE, STOWTING HILL, STOWTING, ASHFORD, TN25 6BE - Listed building consent for installation of 10 Solar Panels on garage roof
25/1974/FH - CASTLE BARN, LYMPNE CASTLE, THE STREET, LYMPNE, HYTHE, CT21 4LQ - Agricultural barn structure extended and rebuilt to provide an event space with associated landscaping and car parking.
25/1978/FH - CANTLE COTTAGE, 16 CHURCH HILL, HYTHE, CT21 5EG - Listed Building Consent for the repairs to roof including chimney stack.
25/1990/FH - LYMPNE CASTLE, THE STREET, LYMPNE, HYTHE, CT21 4LQ - Listed Building consent for alterations to internal doors to ensure fire safety
25/2033/FH - 11 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Conversion of property into 6 x self contained flats together with external refurbishment and internal reconfiguration.
25/2042/FH - 11 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Listed Building Consent for conversion of property into 6 x self contained flats together with external refurbishment and internal reconfiguration.
25/2055/FH - Rhodesia House, 2 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Change of use and refurbishment from hotel (Class C1) to 5 self contained flats (Class C3) following fire damage.
25/2058/FH - Rhodesia House, 2 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Listed Building Consent for the change of use and refurbishment from hotel (Class C1) to 5 self contained flats (Class C3) following fire damage.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
