Proposal: Demolition of existing garage, and construction of single storey detached dwelling at land north of 46 Silverdale Road.

Proposal: Removal of Condition (xi)- of planning permission reference 19/78/2579 dated 15th September 1978 (erection of a three-storey block comprising supermarket, storeroom and offices, with car parking at rear, two-storey block comprising 6 flats and “pop-in” parlour for elderly persons) to remove the residential accommodation shall only be occupied by persons of pensionable age condition to reflect the receipt of a Retirement Pension.
