Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
2025/759 & 2025/918 (Listed Building) - Mill Cottage, Pendell Road, Bletchingley, Redhill. Garage and shed demolition and rebuild with garden landscaping.
2025/1029 - 10 High Street, Oxted. Proposed single storey infill extension.
2025/1159 - 30 Weston Drive, Caterham. Erection of single-storey rear extension.
2025/1190 - Apsley Farm, Wilderwick Road, East Grinstead. Change of use of field to secure dog-walking facility (Open hours will be 6am – 9pm on a seven day a week basis between April & September and 7am – 7pm on an October to March basis).
2025/1058 - Potters Cottage, Church Lane, Godstone. Demolition of an existing non-original timber stable/ outbuilding. Erection of a replacement single storey ancillary outbuilding.
2025/1146 & 2025/1194 (Listed Building) - Harlings Cottage, 63 Tanhouse Road, Oxted. Replacement of Windows, New Garden Building & Single Storey Rear Extension.
2025/1200 - Potters Cottage, Church Lane, Godstone. Demolition of an existing non-original timber stable/outbuilding. Erection of a replacement single storey ancillary outbuilding.
2025/1072 - Mutton Hill, Dormansland. Replace storage building with new dwelling (self build) including excavation works to provide lower ground floor accommodation.
2025/1255 & 2025/1237 (Listed Building) - Coltsford Mill, Mill Lane, Hurst Green, Oxted. Conversion of existing buildings to 3no. dwellings and associated parking and landscaping works.
2025/1289 - Wideways, 100 High Street, Bletchingley, Redhill. Erection of conservatory (following demolition of existing).
2025/1267 - Lingfield Notre Dame School, Racecourse Road, Lingfield. Additional structural opening adjacent to front door to improve circulation and security, installation of glazed fire screen in ground floor hallway & staff room, alterations to timber boarding & addition of plasterboard on both sides of wall shared with meeting room, alteration to timber boarding on wall shared with finance room on stairwell side. Works proposed are to improve fire safety.
