THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 REGULATION 7

Proposal: Development of a solar farm consisting of ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar modules with an estimated export capacity of up to 75MW and associated infrastructure on land adjacent to the A9 and A9 – Tibbermore Road. It is approximately 4.9kms from Methven and 3.1km from Broxden Roundabout.

An in-person event will take place Wednesday, 3 December 2025, 4-8pm at: Methven Community Centre 38A Main Street Methven, PH1 3PU

A virtual event will take place Friday, 5 December, 6.30-7.30pm Further information can be found at the QR code or by emailing info@blcenergy.com

You can make comments on the proposal by attending the events or emailing the address above. Your comments must be submitted no later than 15 December 2025.

Please note that comments made to BLC Energy at this time are not representations to the Scottish Ministers. There will be an opportunity to make representations to Scottish Ministers once a Section 36 Application has been submitted to the Scottish Government’s Energy Consents Unit.
