CYNLLUNIO MEWN PERTHYNAS Â DATBLYGIAD O ARWYDDOCÂD CENEDLAETHO
Mae hyn wedi cael ei ail-gyhoeddi oherwydd camgymeriad gyda’r dyddiad diwedd y cyfnod ymgynghori.

Rwyf yn hysbysu bod: Parc Ynni Nant Mithil Cyf
yn gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC), sef:
Adeiladu a gweithredu hyd at 30 o dyrbinau gwynt a seilwaith cysylltiedig a gwaith ategol gan gynnwys: opsiynau amgen ar gyfer cyffordd fynediad newydd oddi ar y briffordd gyhoeddus, is-orsaf drydanol ac adeilad rheoli gyda cheblau trydanol tanddaearol, cyfansoddion adeiladu a storio dros dro, pyllau benthyca dros dro, a chynigion gwella bioamrywiaeth. Mae’r cais cynllunio DNS yn cyd-fynd â dau gais Caniatâd Eilaidd i Weinidogion Cymru ar gyfer:
1. Dadgofrestru rhan o Gomin Cowlod (CL35) a darparu’r tir newydd cyfatebol (Cais i ddadgofrestru a chyfnewid tir comin neu lawntiau tref neu bentref - Deddf Tiroedd Comin 2006: Adran 16).
2. Gwneud gwaith cyfyngedig ar Gomin Cowlod (CL35) i uwchraddio rhannau o’r CWCH sy’n croesi’r comin (Cais am ganiatâd i adeiladu gwaith ar dir comin - Deddf Tiroedd Comin 2006: Adran 38).

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE
This has been re-published due to an error with the end of consultation date. Proposed development at: Approximately 9km East of Llandrindod Wells
I give notice that: Nant Mithil Energy Park Ltd is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is:
The construction and operation of up to 30 wind turbines and associated infrastructure and ancillary works including: alternative options for a new access junction off the public highway, an electrical substation and control building with underground electrical cables, temporary construction and storage compounds, temporary borrow pits, and biodiversity enhancement proposals. The DNS planning application is accompanied by two Secondary Consent applications to Welsh Ministers for:
1. To deregister part of Cowlod Common (CL35) and provide the equivalent replacement land (Application to deregister and exchange common land or town or village greens - Commons Act 2006: Section 16).
2. To carry out restricted works on Cowlod Common (CL35) to upgrade sections of the BOAT that crosses the common (Application for consent to construct works on common land - Commons Act 2006: Section 38). Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the application;
• the plans; and
• other documents associated with it at: Llandrindod Wells Library, Temple Street, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5DL during all reasonable hours until 23/12/2025 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/ - and search for CAS-01907-D7Q6Z1
THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: Nant Mithil Energy Park Ltd, Hodge House, Guildhall Place, Cardiff, CF10 1DY for a charge, so long as stocks last. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 23/12/2025. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
