What is planned?

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25L/3031- Canning Quaysides And Dry Docks Canning Dock (3) Applicant Mr Jamie Waller, National Museums Liverpool. Planning application to vary conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 and 11 attached to planning ref 23L/2713 (To carry out public realm improvements to the area between the Museum of Liverpool and the Royal Albert Dock area, including lighting and utilities provision, renewal and upgrading of existing South Dry dock with the introduction of new lift/staircase and installation of a Contemplation Space, new marine stop wall, new replacement balustrades around the dry docks and the installation of a new pedestrian bridge connecting Hartley Quay with the Canning Dock southern quayside) so as to add the phrase
The ‘in relation to each relevant phase as agreed’ to be inserted into each condition.
25F/2965 & 25L/3001 - 33 Wapping (1) Applicant Simon Holt. To erect single storey glazed structure to side and relocate 2 no. existing umbrellas.
25F/2962 - 7 Grove Park (8) Applicant Claire McDonald. To erect single storey greenhouse to side, extend existing front balcony, install 1 no. rooflight to existing side extension, replace doors and windows throughout, install new level access and replace the existing roof in connection with the use of the premises as a dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) following the removal of the existing steps, gate, 1 no. door to side and 3 no. side windows.
25L/2984 - 34 Alexandra Drive (17) Applicant Adam Smith, South Liverpool Homes. To carry out repair, alteration and restoration of roof and replace rainwater goods.
25F/2933 & 25L/2934 - 57 & 59 Hope Street (1) Applicant Mr John Massie, Your Housing Group. To replace existing windows and external doors throughout and carry out minor refurbishments to stone cills to entrance doors.
25F/2892 - 65-67 Bold Street (1) Applicant Hux Norman. To alter existing shop front including 5 no. lights and new cladding.
25H/2396 - 23 Sefton Drive (8) Retrospective application for the retention of 14 no. solar panels to the roof of the property.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 11th December 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
