Take notice that application is being made by: Railway Pension Nominees Limited. Public notice is given on behalf of Railway Pension Nominees Limited (the applicant), that a planning application is being made pursuant to Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 to Hertsmere Borough Council, to vary or remove a condition attached to the original planning application (Reference 2023/1049/OUT) for Site clearance and demolition of existing structures and redevelopment for B8 (Warehousing and Distribution) use. Works to include: hard and soft landscaping, enabling works, drainage, services and associated infrastructure. (Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved) on Site known as Charleston Paddocks, St Albans Road, South Mimms, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 3ND

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Head of Development and Planning, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1WA

Definitions: *"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** "Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
