Application No. PL/2025/0001335/FUL Site: Earlsdon Traditional Meats, 38 Earlsdon Street Development: First floor rear extension and associated works Reason for Advertising: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2025/0001908/FUL Site address: 59 Moor Street Proposed development: Conversion of garage/outbuilding to self-contained dwelling and associated works including sub-division of existing plot Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2025/0002176/FUL and PL/2025/0002178/LBC Site address: Lucie Johnson Photography, 17 Spon Street Proposed development: Conversion of the rear and upper floors to create 6 self-contained residential flats (Use Class C3), with retention of a commercial hair salon (Use Class E) on the ground floor. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building and would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
