Application for the installation of new shop front. at 15 High Street, Norton, Stockton-on-Tees, by Mr Carl Meggs, Hylian Property LTD - 25/2233/FUL
Application for the replacement of 9no windows to the front and side. at Apple Tree Cottage, 1 Rose Terrace, Egglescliffe, by Mr Sean McLean, Sean McLean Design - 25/2332/FUL
In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
