PART II (CONSERVATION AREAS) – SECTIONS 69
(DESIGNATION) & 71 (GENERAL DUTIES) NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Under the powers of the said Act the following changes are being proposed to the Princes Avenue Conservation Area:

• Adoption of a new Character Appraisal and Management Plan.

• Addition of No.80 Princes Avenue to the Hull Local Heritage List

Full details of the proposed changes and how to provide feedback can be made by:

1. Visiting the Council website & completing an online Survey. https://yoursay.hull.gov.uk/princes-avenue-conservation-area

2. Attending a drop-in consultation session:

a. Princes Avenue Methodist Centre (No.91 Princes Avenue, HU5 3QP) – Monday 1st December 2025 between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.

3. In writing by:

a. Letter – Stephen Walker, Principal Conservation Officer, Hull City Council, Guildhall, Lowgate, HU1 2AA

b. E-mail – Dev.Control@hullcc.gov.uk

A copy of the consultation document will be available to view at Hull Guildhall Reception. Consultation will take place between Wednesday 19th November and Monday 12th January 2026.
