LAND AT CHAPMAN STREET GORTON, MANCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council intends to dispose of open space land located at Chapman Street, Gorton Manchester. The land is approximately 0.4 acres and will be used to build 34 new homes for single dwellers. The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be sent to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 12th December 2025
