a) Listed Building Consent for the application of
replacement render to rear at Sewerby Grange
441 Sewerby Road Bridlington East Riding of
Yorkshire YO15 1ER (Ref: 25/02892/PLB)
b) Application to modify the planning obligation in a
Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 6 February 2025
relating to planning permission 22/00980/STPLF
and 24/00501/STVAR to allow for the variation
of wording in section 4.1.1 - to amend location of
Affordable Housing Units at Land North of Nostell
Way Bridlington East Riding of Yorkshire YO16 6FY
(Ref: 25/02923/LOBVAR)
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) is a major development.
