We hereby serve notice 2 under the Town & Country planning order 2015 Notice under article 13 of application for planning permission.
Mr & Mrs Chapman are applying to Durham County Council for Outline planning approval to demolish the existing outbuildings & erect 1 no. residential dwelling with parking including access from Station Lane: Land adjacent to Field House, Station Road, Stanley, DH9 0JU
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice at Regeneration, Economy and Growth, Durham County Council, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL.
