* The Iron Duke Public House, North Drive, Great Yarmouth;

Alterations, restoration and refurbishment work to facilitate change of use of the public house into a mixed-use premises and public house at ground floor, two holiday lets units at first floor, retained public house use at basement level. External alterations to the facades including installation of new windows and doors, replacement windows, installation of external spiral staircase, erection of a single storey extension and first floor balcony above, strengthening works to roof and installation of plant equipment, construction of two raised dining terraces, walls and balustrades, new access ramp. Amendments to the internal layout including removal of existing and installation of new dividing walls. Application No: 06/25/0830/LB (1)

* The Iron Duke Public House, North Drive, Great Yarmouth;

Variation of Condition 2 of pp 06/24/0972/F (Conversion of public house into a mixed-use restaurant, public house and two self-contained holiday let units, with external alterations, new staircase, single storey extension and balcony.) – Amendments to approved plans including change in external staircase design, alterations to terrace wall and balustrades, new roof strengthening works, Installation of plant and machinery on roof, and alterations to housing and car park layout. * 34 Crown Road, Great Yarmouth; Change of use from 6-bedroom dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a 6-bedroom, 6-person House in Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4). Alterations to remove the rear chimney stack and change windows. Application No: 06/25/0907/F (3)

* The Old Vicarage, 24 Church Plain, Great Yarmouth, Installation of a non-illuminated free-standing sign in the front garden, and a non-illuminated sign board mounted to the garden railings. Application No: 06/25/0872/A (1,2)

* Raynscourt Lodge, 16 Euston Road, Great Yarmouth; Change of use of existing 16-bedroom hotel (Use Class C1) into 3no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3), with associated alterations and extensions including removal of the existing single storey extension, utility rooms and garage, and erection of new bin store and garages. Application No: 06/25/0857/F (2)

* The Grange Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret. Retention of signage: 1no. white painted ‘The Smokehouse’ name on the northeast elevation; 1no. white painted ‘The Smokehouse’ name on brown background on southeast elevation. Application No: 06/25/0887/LB (1)

* 25 Camperdown, Great Yarmouth; Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to guest home to form 3 no. Holiday Lets. Application No: 06/25/0442/LB (1,2)

* 5&6 South Quay, Great Yarmouth; Proposed change of use and conversion works to the existing 3 storey office building (Use Class E1), to create a mixed-use development comprising workshops/artist and creative studios at ground floor and 3no. 2-bedroom apartments at first and second floors. Internal alterations, including new thermal lining and partitions. External works to include a new fire escape staircase, raised garden terrace and stair, removal of modern extension and rearranged parking. * Wellington Pier Complex, Wellington Pier, Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth; Variation of Condition 2 and references to approved plans of pp 06/24/0213/F (Extension to provide new Family Entertainment Centre and lower-level car parking; Associated demolition works; Extension of pier decking.) – Amendment to approved elevation designs to add fire escape doors and new glazing. Application No: 06/25/0928/VCF (2,4)

* Waveney Mills, Southtown Road, Great Yarmouth; Construction of 3 single-story cabins. Application No: 06/25/0701/F (3,4)

* Land at junction of Caister Bypass and Yarmouth Road, South of Pump Lane, Caister-on-sea; Development of Roadside Service Area, comprising: Petrol Filling Station with forecourt sales building, canopy, underground storage tanks; Jet wash; EV charging hub; Drive-thru coffee shop (Use Class E(a)); Hot food takeaway restaurant and drive-thru (sui generis use); and associated works including car parking and landscaping. Application No: 06/25/0411/F (5,6)

* Land adj to 29 Hall Road, Martham; Change of use from agricultural field to dog walking facility, including fences, gates, hedges and field shelter. Application No: 06/25/0725/F (6)

All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Council’s website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
