CATEGORY A – Applications for Planning Permission under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Ref: 3807/APP/2025/2632 Proposed development at: Mount Vernon Hospital – Marie Curie Ward, Rickmansworth Rd. I give notice that NHS Foundation Trust is applying for Planning Permission for: Localised repair of tiled roof to the Main Building (84) and the repair and repainting of the timber ventilation cupolas, replacement of the non-original skylight to the western pavilion, and replacement of non-original rooflights to the Main Building, replacement of lead and other roofs above the main staircase and eastern pavilion bay window (Application for Listed Building Consent).

Ref: 23513/APP/2025/2365 10 Sipson Lane, Harlington. Proposal: Conversion of roof space to habitable use with a rear dormer and front roof lights. Removal of 2no. chimney breasts. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harlington Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 79768/APP/2025/2761 17 & 19 Newdigate Rd, Harefield. Proposal: Joint application for 17 & 19 Newdigate Rd, UB9 6EH, for the erection of a single storey extension to the rear, following demolition of existing extensions (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harefield Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 77394/APP/2025/2764 Jubilee Field to the south of Northwood Cricket Club ground, Ducks Hill Rd. Proposal: Use of the Jubilee Field recreation ground as a designated colts cricket pitch ancillary to Northwood CC. Regrading area including localised ground works stone filled gabion support, erection of outbuilding to provide dedicated toilet, changing & shower facilities, erection of boundary fencing and retention of attenuation pond. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Ref: 71603/APP/2025/2769 19 Bury St, Ruislip. Proposal: Installation of solar panels on rear and side of roof and on the existing rear extension (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 18562/APP/2025/2735 Ferring Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Drayton Hall. Proposal: Internal alterations to a Grade II listed building including the creation of an open plan dining and kitchen area with associated structural supports, and the removal of selected internal walls, doors, linings, and architraves. Erection of a new internal wall reusing joinery, widening an existing doorway to install a matching door with side leaf, and blocking up another doorway with like-for-like finishes and reinstated skirting. No external works, extensions, or alterations to windows or doors are proposed (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the Listed Building (s) in the vicinity of the development).
