What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

-2025/0664/FUL - 3 Lindum Road: Change of use from 15 Bedroom HMO (Sui Generis) to 15 Studio Student Accommodation (Sui Generis) and associated external works including, new door to rear, new clay air bricks, internal alterations and new drainage.

-2025/0665/LBC - 3 Lindum Road: Internal and external alterations to facilitate change of use from 15 Bedroom HMO (Sui Generis) to 15 Studio Student Accommodation (Sui Generis). Internal alterations including removal of walls and creation of openings; installation of stud partitions and infilling openings; and installation of replacement doors, kitchens and bathrooms. External alternations including new fire escape door; installation of clay air bricks; and repairs to stonework, flat roof, bays, windows, doors and timbers. (Listed Building Consent).

-2025/0667/FUL - 33 St Catherines: Change of use from dwelling (Use class C3) to a large HMO for up to 8 people (Use Class Sui Generis).

-2023/0890/PROW - Western Growth Corridor, Skellingthorpe Road: Diversion of public footpath 989 (at Charterholme Way) to faciliate development of Western Growth Corridor.

-2025/0678/CXN - 128-130 Carholme Road: Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 2021/0783/FUL - to amend approved plans.

-2025/0674/FUL - 2 Cottesford Place: Demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of replacement dwellinghouse, alterations and renovation to outbuilding and erection of boundary walls and gate.

-2025/0666/FUL - 31 Vere Street: Conversion of existing commercial building to form 2no.1 bed flats.

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice. In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
