The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (EIA) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Notice of Further Information to Accompany the HS2 Phase One (London – West Midlands) Environmental Statement and a Schedule 17 Plans and Specifications Submission application reference PL/25/5085/HS2 submitted on the 29.10.25. The Plans and Specifications application relates to HS2 proposals for earthworks and structures impacting Land off Grange Road, Chetwode. The Supplementary Environmental Information concerns the extended temporary closure of Public Right of Way BHA/2. This further environmental information, along with the original HS2 Phase 1 Environmental Statement, is available to be inspected by members of the public via an appointment at the County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UU up until the 19th December 2025. To arrange an appointment, please call 01494 732004. Alternatively, members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the further information and other documents submitted with it online at https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/ planning-and-building-control, and select ‘view and comment on a planning application’, ‘Aylesbury Vale – after 8 August 2025’, then enter the planning reference provided above (PL/25/5085/HS2). Hard copies of the full application (PL/25/5085/HS2) or just the further information can be provided by emailing Regulation25Planning@EKFB.com, at a cost of 5p a copy per A4 sheet, plans will be calculated and cost separately on request. A staff hourly rate of £60 per hour for making copies will apply. Any person making a representation regarding the further information, or any other information within the application (PL/25/5085/HS2), should make them in writing no later than 19th December 2025. Representations can be made online on the Council’s website when viewing the application, also by email to  hs2planning@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, or writing to Development Management, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF by 19th December 2025.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
