1. Repairs to timber-framed building, including wall and roof cladding and joinery. Old Farm, Dale Hill, Ticehurst. RR/2025/1852/LBC
2. Ticehurst Conservation Area. Replacement of existing en-suite shower room serving the first-floor master bedroom, with another of slightly larger floor area and in a different configuration. Church House, Church Street, Ticehurst. RR/2025/1813/LBC
3. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Replacement of an existing ground-level timber storage shed with a modest, timber-framed garden structure. Greystones, Berners Hill, Flimwell, Ticehurst. RR/2025/1839/HOU
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 and 2 above.
These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
