CA/25/02042: 6 Norman Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3LX  Replacement of existing timber sliding sash and casement windows with uPVC sliding sash and casement windows to the front, side and rear elevations.  Applicant: Mrs MacVean  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02031: 16-18 Oxford Street, Whitstable, CT5 1DD  Variation of condition 5 (Operating Hours) of planning permission CA//10/01526/FUL for the change of use of existing building from bingo club (D2 Use Class) to public house (A4 Use Class); to allow for 60 minutes later opening hours on a Friday and Saturday.  Applicant: Miss Emma Fallon  Reason: Major development/Conservation area.

CA/25/02062: 10 Kingfisher Place, Chartham, Kent, CT4 7DJ  Single-storey side and rear extension following the demolition of existing conservatory.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Pearson  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02063: Cracking Glass, 30 Mill Road, Sturry, Kent, CT2 0AG  Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA/24/01054/FUL for the planning permission is sought for a single-storey storage units following demolition of garages; to allow increase in height of storage units.  Applicant: Mr Harry Turner  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02001: Canterbury West Railway Station, Station Road West, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 8AN  Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including enlargement of the existing ticket gateline within the Booking Hall from four gates to seven gates, relocation of existing Customer Information Screen together with removal of existing glass security barrier.  Applicant: Mr Steve Martin  Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/25/02054: 46 Herne Street, Herne, Kent  Single-storey rear extension.  Applicant: Mr Ian Barber   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02003: Garden Cottage, The Street, Patrixbourne, Kent, CT4 5BZ  Application for Listed Building Consent  for external and internal alterations including the use of Outbuilding as guest room, internal flooring paving slabs  to be replaced with concrete floor, insertion of wall to form shower room and insertion of two rooflights to side  elevations together with replacement of timber windows and door.  Applicant: Mrs Jackie Hinchliffe   Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/25/02002: Garden Cottage, The Street, Patrixbourne, Kent, CT4 5BZ  Replacement of timber windows and  door to outbuilding together with the insertion of two rooflights to side elevations.  Applicant: Mrs Jackie Hinchliffe   Reason: Setting of a Listed building in conservation area.

CA/25/01992: Greyfriars Garden, Stour Street, Canterbury, Kent  Construction of play structure, associated hard and soft landscaping, and other associated and ancillary works following demolition of existing seating and table.   Applicant: Canterbury City Council  Reason: Setting of a listed building in conservation area.

CA/25/02065: Dane Cottage, Hogg Lane, Petham, Kent, CT4 5PJ  Porch to front elevation.   Applicant: Mr Wayne Campbell  Reason: Affects the setting of a listed building.

CA/25/02066: Dane Cottage, Hogg Lane, Petham, Kent, CT4 5PJ  Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including porch to front elevation.  Applicant: Mr Wayne Campbell  Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/25/02067: Boundary House, St Stephen’s Hill, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7AS  Single-storey detached outbuilding for use as garden room in rear garden.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Scott  Reason: Conservation area.
