Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/1441/FUL/LP: Michael Hall House, Haberdashers Askes School For Girls, Aldenham Road, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BT. Change of use from residential (Class C3) to nursery (Class E(f)), construction of single storey front extension, associated car parking drop off / pick up area, and hard landscaping. Reason: Listed Building and Departure from the Development Plan.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at

www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
