At Charterholmeway - Notice of Public Path Diversion Order
What is planned?
NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
CITY OF LINCOLN COUNCIL CITY OF LINCOLN COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH 989 (AT CHARTERHOLMEWAY) DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above order was made on 23rd October 2025. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from D - L - E and create an alternative footpath instead to a line running from D - I - J - K - N - O - E to improve the public footpath as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD from 9.00a.m and 5.00p.m Monday to Thursday and 9.00am and 4.30pm on Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £25.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Marie Smyth, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD not later than 19th December2025. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representation or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, City of Lincoln Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
