Proposed Secondary Consent: An Application for an Order under Section 247 (The Stopping up of Highways) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended)

Notice is hereby given that Inspectors appointed by the Welsh Ministers, Julie de-Courcey BSc LLB MTPl MRTPI and Helen Smith BA (Hons) BTP MRTPI will hold Hearing sessions on:

Hearing Session 1 – Monday 15 December 2025 10:00 AM
Hearing Session 2 – Tuesday 16 December 2025 10:00 AM

These Sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Detailed Instructions will be provided to invited participants in due course.

The purpose of the Hearings is for the Inspectors to hear evidence relating to: Use of best and most versatile agricultural land (Hearing Session 1) and the Application for Secondary Consent and Planning Conditions (Hearing Session 2)

Please note that although the events are open to members of the public to observe, only those specifically invited by the Inspectors are entitled to participate. Anyone wishing to observe should lodge a request with Planning & Environment Decisions Wales by 01.12.2025 using the contact details at the bottom of this notice. Please ensure all correspondence quotes the application reference number - CAS-03072-D7X6N7
