NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING

(EIA) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Notice of Further Information to Accompany the HS2 Phase One (London – West Midlands) Environmental Statement and a Schedule 17 Plans and Specifications Submission.

Application reference 2025/4106/HS2. Proposed Development Comprising Land within hs2 Act limits located to the west of Radstone extending in a north westerly direction to the west of Greatworth, Northamptonshire crossing Radstone Road. West Northamptonshire Council give notice that HS2 has submitted further information to supplement the original Phase One Environmental Statement to inform the plans and specifications application submitted on 10 October 2025: Development authorised by the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017 relating to SNC P02 R1 Radstone to Greatworth resubmission. A request for the approval of Plans and Specifications for the following works under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017

This further environmental information, available to be inspected by members of the public via an appointment at the West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester, NN12 6AD up until the 13 December 2025. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the further information and other documents submitted with it online at www.westnorthants.gov.uk/planning-comments planning reference provided above (2025/4106/HS2)

Hard copies of the environment statement may be obtained from: or just the further information can be provided by emailing Regulation25Planning@EKFB. com, at a cost of 5p a copy per A4 sheet, plans will be calculated and cost separately on request. A staff hourly rate of £60 per hour for making copies will apply.

Any person making a representation regarding the further information, or any other information within the application (2025/4106/HS2), should make them in writing no later than 13 December 2025. Representations can be made online on the Council’s website when viewing the application. All comments received will become background papers (as defined in the Access to information Act 1985) and accordingly will be  available for public inspection and may be read by others, including the applicant. The Council will not consider anonymous letters or emails that make representations on application.

Applications may be viewed online at www.westnorthants.gov.uk/ applications or at your local Council Offices. Representations can be made online or by post to WNC Planning Dept. The Guildhall, St Giles Square Northampton NN1 1DE within 21 days (excluding Bank or Public Holidays) from date of publication of this notice.  Dated: 13th November 2025
