The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/099731/FULL 3-5 Silk Street Leigh WN7 1AW. New shop front, removal of brickwork paint and replacement windows at first floor together with change of use of first floor (Class E) to create 3 self-contained apartments (Class C3). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/099740/FULL 11-13 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4NB. Change of use from retail (Class E) to adult gaming centre (Sui Generis). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.

A/25/099810/VARMAJ Land East of Leigh Road South/West of Bee Fold Lane and West of Millers Lane Atherton. Application to vary condition 1 of previously approved A/21/92057/RMMAJ to allow for alterations to the footpath surfacing.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Railway Road.

A/25/099850/FULL 48-50 Railway Road Leigh WN7 4AT. External alterations to provide new windows and door openings to the front and rear elevations, including basement level and new door in gable outrigger. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
