Application No’s: A/25/099759/FULL and A/25/099760/LB.
Development at: Tyldesley Library 13 Stanley Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8AE.
For Planning Permission: New entrance ramp and steps, to provide accessible entry at main entrance to Grade II Listed Library.
For Listed Building Consent: Listed Building consent for new entrance ramp and steps, to provide accessible entry at main entrance to Grade II listed Library.
Applicant: Wigan Council – Place Directorate.
Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications to carry out the above works have been made to Wigan Council.
The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of a Listed Building, which is within a Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre.
