first, second, and third floors of building (amended description).. Proposed
Amendment: Description amended.
HS/FA/25/00338 East Sussex College Hastings, Parker Road, Hastings.
Part-retrospective application for erection of a single-storey motor vehicle
workshop with associated external vehicle parking, involving the creation of
external social and amenity area for students; access will be facilitated by the
existing vehicular access off Parker Road, along with retention of modular
classroom, shipping containers and resultant parking layout (amended
description).. Proposed Amendment: 10/11/25: CCTV Drain Survey Report
and Hydraulic Calculations added._05/11/25: CEMP added (Response to
Environmental Health); Technical Note (Response to LLFA) added; skips
within herras compound removed from proposal and vehicle parking spaces
increased by 3 no. from previous proposal.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning
Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for
amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday
in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are
public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for
confidentiality cannot be accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of State if
an appeal is received and dealt with under the 'written representations'
procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal stage.
