The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations to form micro brewery and accessible toilet on ground floor, customer seating area, toilets and kitchen on first floor, erection of external fire escape, fencing and pergola with lighting at The Rat and Ratchet, 40, Chapel Hill, Huddersfield.

3. Replacement roof covering of car port at The Hey, Waters Road, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92951.

4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to boundary wall at 33, Oak Road, Bradley, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/92731 & 2025/92732.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

5.
