The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent

1. Replacement windows and external door with associated alterations at Netherwood Farm, Netherwood Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92716.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations to form micro brewery and accessible toilet on ground floor, customer seating area, toilets and kitchen on first floor, erection of external fire escape, fencing and pergola with lighting at The Rat and Ratchet, 40, Chapel Hill, Huddersfield.
Application Nos. 2025/92846 & 2025/92847.

3. Replacement roof covering of car port at The Hey, Waters Road, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92951.

4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to boundary wall at 33, Oak Road, Bradley, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/92731 & 2025/92732.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

5. Removal of condition 6 (access and parking areas) on previous permission 2015/91697 for change of use of ground and first floor (levels 1 and 2) from B8 to A2/B1 (retail and office), change of use of levels 3, 4 & 5 from B8 to C3 (residential), excavation and provision of retaining structure to extend car park, erection of double garage, installation of external lift and fire escape stair in protected masonry enclosure, installation of balconies to south west elevation at levels 3, 4 and 5 refurbishment/renewal of roofs, changes to some existing window openings and installation of windows and doors into new and existing openings, partial rendering of external walls, external paving and boundary walls at Bamforths Warehouse, Station Road, Holmfirth. 11. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to boundary wall (Listed Building) at 33, Oak Road, Bradley, Huddersfield (Footpath No. HUD/11/10). Application Nos. 2025/92731 & 2025/92732.

12. Erection of detached dwelling at The Old Dairy, Denby Hall Farm, Denby Hall Lane, Denby Dale, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. DEN/55/20 & DEN/55/10). Application No. 2025/92376.
