The following appeal would, in the opinion of the local planning authority, affect the character or setting of a listed building or the character or appearance of a conservation area:

Poundstock – Land North of Coppathorne Poundstock Bude EX23 0DD – Proposed garage and storage building with access and turning space (part retrospective) – Ms Alison Rowland – PA24/09752 and appeal reference APP/D0840/W/25/3371514.
