CHANGE OF DATE

An informal hearing of appeal against refusal of the above planning application will be held (under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government opening on the revised date of Wednesday 17th December 2025 at 10.00 am at Committee Room 1, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, Witney, OX28 1NB.

1 sitting day is currently scheduled for the hearing. Interested parties may attend and, at the Inspector’s discretion, give their views. Copies of the Council’s and the appellant’s case may be viewed on the District Council’s website, www.westoxon.gov.uk.

This hearing is planned as an in-person event, however as per the current Planning Inspectorate guidance the Council must be prepared for the hearing to be held fully virtually at short notice and without postponement if required. Please therefore email us at Planning.Appeals@westoxon.gov.uk, quoting reference number 25/00031/APPEAL, to register in advance if you wish to attend, so that we may include you in notification of any change of arrangement.

Capacity at the venue will be limited and will be on a first-come basis on the day. There will be no catering/refreshments on site, therefore please bear this in mind if attending.
