What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
TWC/2025/0731 – Former Site Of 27 Water Lane, Newport – Erection of 9no. dwellings with garages and landscaping
TWC/2025/0734 – Land corner of, Colliers Way/Rock Road, The Rock – Variation of Condition 19 (Arboricultural Impact Assessment) and Condition 20 (Approved plans) of planning application TWC/2023/0932 (Variation of conditions 2 (full technical and engineering details), condition 19 (development in accordance with the Arboricultural Impact Assessment), condition 20 (deposited plans), condition 21 (noise mitigation equipment and acoustic barriers), condition 22 (VRL or Dry Cooler Units should be installed in accordance with noise assessment), 23 (plant installation as per the limitations), condition 26 (total retail sales area) of planning application TWC/2021/0806 (Erection of food store including the creation of new vehicle access, parking and associated landscaping) to facilitate a marginal increase in floor space and revised layout/parking arrangements) to facilitate amendments to the landscape strategy.
TWC/2025/0736 – Site of Hill Crest, Holly Road, Little Dawley – Outline application for the erection of 1no. detached dwelling and associated access with all other matters reserved
TWC/2025/0747 – Isobels Old Cow Shed, 27A Aldermead Close, Admaston – Erection of a garden shed, an oak canopy porch and 2no. roof lights
TWC/2025/0765 – 6 Station Road, Newport – Installation of 3no. replacement windows, 8no. replacement doors and the repair of 8no. existing windows and 1no. existing door

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

and need to be received by 4th December 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
