There will be access to the new apartment via a new rear steel staircase. The staircase will be painted black, in keeping with existing metal work on the building and other neighbouring properties within the Conservation Area. The existing front elevation is currently rendered up to circa first floor level. The application proposes that the front elevation is fully rendered, in white at 1 High Street, Wombourne, Wolverhampton, WV5 9DP (Within a Conservation Area)
