ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
PART OF BARMBY ROAD, ASSELBY
Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the
date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along part of Barmby Road, Asselby from property Mount Pleasant westbound for approximately 200 metres commencing 9 December 2025 at 08.00 hours until 17 December 2025 at 18.00 hours for the purposes of undertaking bell mouth construction for the EGL2 power scheme works. The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within nine days. The alternative route for traffic affected by the road closure will be via: N/A.
