Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Upper William Street, Llanelli) (Ataliad dros dro o Aros a Mannau Parcio i Breswylwyr) 2025

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno ataliad dros dro o aros a pharcio ar y stryd ar Upper William Street yn Llanelli.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol oherwydd bod gwaith yn cael ei wneud, neu’n cael ei gynnig i gael ei wneud, ar y ffordd neu gerllaw: mae Wales & West Utilities yn bwriadu gweithio ar y prif gyflenwad nwy yn yr ardal.

Ni fydd mynediad i gerddwyr a cherbydau ar hyd Upper William Street yn cael ei effeithio ond cynghorir i yrwyr wneud trefniadau parcio eraill yn ystod y cyfnod atal.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, y 17eg o Dachwedd 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym cyhyd ag y bo angen i gyflawni’r gwaith. Rhagwelir y bydd hyn yn cymryd Un Deg Naw (19) diwrnod.

Serch hynny, bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym nes bod y gwaith ar leoliad y prif gyflenwad nwy wedi’i gwblhau. Lle bo’n briodol, gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw (18) mis.
