Erection of wall (following demolition of existing wall).

Capel St Mary (PROW) - DC/25/04809 Filling Station And Premises, London Road, Capel St Mary, Ipswich, Suffolk IP9 2JT. Full Planning Application - Construction of new sales building, provision of additional car parking spaces and provision of electric charging stations (following demolition of existing buildings).

East Bergholt (LBC) - DC/25/04782 Flatford Mill Field Centre Flatford Lane, East Bergholt CO7 6UL.

Replacement of damaged windows.

Erwarton (ALB)(CDP) - DC/25/04647 Alden Barn Queens Road, Erwarton IP9 1LL. Remove rear chimney and oven flue; install PV panels to the rear roof slope; replace side door with a window; new window to front; replace all windows and doors; build sunken swimming pool to the rear.

Hadleigh (CON)(LBC) - DC/25/04260 83 High Street, Hadleigh IP7 5EA. External works, removal of canopy and render on the exterior front of the shop, back to a ‘sound back ground’ to replace with lime with hair/fibres (warmcote), followed by limecote. Internal: removal of failed sand/cement render to a sound background and replace with NHL mortar.

Sudbury (ALB)(CON) - DC/25/04628 Lipstick And Locks 3 North Street, Sudbury CO10 1RB.

Change of use of first and second floors from commercial storage to residential use as 1no two-storey flat.

Wherstead (PROW)(CDP) - DC/25/04803 Land Off Bourne Hill, Wherstead IP2 8NQ. Siting of 75 no. self-storage containers (B8).

Woolverstone (CDP)(MAJ)(ALB) (PROW)(CON) - DC/25/04715 Sites And Cycle Paths, Woolverstone To Holbrook, Woolverstone To Chelmondiston, Main Road, Woolverstone. Application under Section 73 of The Town & Country Planning Act for DC/20/03247 (22no dwellings, cycle paths and amenity improvements) for the variation of Condition 15 (Cycle paths) to allow the path(s) to be provided in stages/phases to more closely accord with Schedule 3 of the Section 106 Agreement.
