This proposal is also a major development, may affect a public right of way, the setting of listed buildings and the character or appearance of a conservation area.
A copy of the proposal, including the Environmental Statement can be viewed online via the Council’s website at https://planning.middevon.gov.uk/online-applications/ quoting the above planning reference number.
Comments about the proposal can be made in writing or via the website, within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Representations should be sent to Head of Planning and Regeneration, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP or by visiting https://planning.middevon.gov.uk/online-applications/. Comments will not be acknowledged.
Please quote the planning reference number on all correspondence. Only planning matters can be considered and comments which the Council considers to be inappropriate may be removed. The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that representations on applications must be available for inspection by Councillors or members of the public (which includes the press). Comments received will be placed on the application file for inspection at Phoenix House and published on our website as a result of this requirement.
