NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
31 - 33 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2025/0837/HD:
Installation of Advert Display (attached freestanding telephone apparatus with affixed defibrillator) comprising Single Illuminated Six Sheet Display with Automatic Change of Static Images at Ten Second Intervals.
31 - 33 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2025/0836/HD: Installation of a freestanding telephone apparatus with affixed defibrillator and advert display.
Christ Church, Church Street East, Woking. PLAN/2025/0816/JS: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission PLAN/2019/0352 (Demolition of fire escape tower, part single/two/three storey extension to south/western side, part single/two storey extension to northern side and single storey extensions to eastern and southern side of Church, associated internal alterations, provision of car parking and cycle stores and associated works) to facilitate a change to the material of the approved youth centre extension and to allow Phase 1 of the development to be carried out in accordance with an approved brick.
Spinneybrook, 95 Saunders Lane, Woking. PLAN/2025/0824/ML: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.
