The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/02041/LBV - Former Simpson Street School Simpson Street Sunderland SR4 6DR. Building Design (Northern) Ltd. is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Removal of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 as attached to listed building consent 20/00392/LB4.
The application relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
The proposed developments below do not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/01931/FUL - Success Manor Stotts Pasture/Success Road Houghton-le-Spring DH4 4TU. AAD Properties Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from equestrian centre to equestrian centre and storage facility and installation of hardstanding (retrospective).
25/01392/FUL - Fernhill Stables Mount Lane Springwell Gateshead NE9 7UQ. Mr and Ms Dean and Kerrie Proudfoot and McStea is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of redundant stables and creation of 2no dwellings.
25/02386/FUL - Northumbria Probation & After Care Service 45 - 46 John Street Sunderland SR1 1QU. Nulite Properties Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from probation Office (Use Class E) to an independent school (Use class F1)
The application relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
