NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000872/25 – Proposed change of use of land to provide luxury timber framed log cabins to form holiday accommodation; 2no. cabins with forming living accommodation. Into. providing sauna, steam room and plunge pool facilities, including installation of the package treatment plant, provision of meadow grassland area with the inclusion of a pond and all other associated works relating to the proposal to completion of Plas Cerrig Hall, Caerwys, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 28th November 2025 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
