Development at: Gidlow Hall Farm Dodds Farm Lane Aspull Wigan WN2 1PF.
For Listed Building Consent: Listed building consent for the erection of a 1.2m high timber stake boundary fence with 3 lines of tensile steel wire along the edge of the inner boundary of the moat line, with planting of shallow rooted hedge plants.
For Planning Permission: Erection of a 1.2m high timber stake boundary fence with 3 lines of tensile steel wire along the edge of the inner boundary of the moat line, with planting of shallow rooted hedge plants.
Applicant: Johnston Developments Ltd.
Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications have been made to Wigan Council for the above works. The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of the Listed Building.
