Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13: APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at The Croft, Collier Row Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Barking and Dagenham, RM5 2BH (the site).

I give notice that Croft Homes RM5 is applying to London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (the Local Planning Authority) for planning permission for the development of 15 residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated parking, access, play space, and amenity areas with hard and soft landscaping.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Local Planning Authority at:

within 21 days of the date of this notice being published (7th November 2025).

*** “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.

**** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

Statement of owners’ rights

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
