Variation of planning approval PA25/2079 to allow to re-instate the rear modified window, to be placed higher and be a proportionate window. This was approved to be reduced in size as window cill was raised. We believe that raising the window head as we as cill (approved) will result in a normal window and better as an overall facade composition. The other change is to amend the parapet to the patio only. We would like to change this internal parapet to an aluminium flashing, which will match the rear approved steel doors. This will be hidden from view.
