HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC CONSULTATION APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
What is planned?
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order
2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the
following application:
25/00444/FUL
Proposed demolition of existing buildings and the
erection of residential development (Use Class C3) with
associated open space, landscaping and supporting
infrastructure at Land To The Rear Of Notcutts Rivendell
Garden Centre Mill Lane Widnes Cheshire.
The proposed development does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan.

gov.uk/planningapps/. Alternatively it can be viewed
at Halton Direct Link at Rutland House, Halton Lea,
Runcorn WA7 2ES, Halton Direct Link at 7 Brook Street,
Widnes WA8 6NB or any of the Council libraries.
